We tapped California wine producer The Folk Machine to create the perfect complement to our handheld delight, and honor its French origins.

We also brought our wine to the Aspen Food & Wine Classic, and with only 900 bottles in existence, had to save #3 for D-Wade! Chef Andrew Zimmern enjoyed as well.
